Partner

Francesco is a founding partner of Letelier Campora.

He has over 20 years of experience in complex, interdisciplinary civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, spanning virtually all major industries such as engineering & construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, banking, forestry, and retail.

In arbitration, he serves as both counsel and arbitrator under the main international and domestic arbitration rules. In litigation, he focuses on civil and commercial disputes, both domestic and cross-border.

He is consistently recognized among the most recommended dispute resolution lawyers in the country by all major international rankings – Chambers, The Legal 500, WWL, Leaders League, and Best Lawyers.

He is a professor of private law at the University of Chile.
